Consulting & Management Services

• Fees for services already performed are non-refundable.

• If services have not yet commenced, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to jlsupply612@gmail.com.

• Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Custom & Project-Based Services

Customized consulting, hotel management plans, or operational projects are non-refundable once work has begun.
